These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wen4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing wen4d, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use wen4d. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and all violating accounts will be permanently closed.
wen4d primarily serves players residing in Indonesia. Users are responsible for verifying that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active wen4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to these requirements before withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wen4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to player negligence.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To access real-money services on wen4d, you must complete our registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each player may maintain only one active Account on wen4d. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — constitute a material breach of these Terms. wen4d reserves the right to close all identified duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wen4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify wen4d immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
By registering, you warrant that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, including false age declarations, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
wen4d is required under its international gaming license obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
wen4d may request any or all of the following documents as part of KYC verification:
wen4d will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 3 business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. wen4d cannot be held liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the player.
wen4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during a Player's account lifetime, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or cumulative wager volumes that trigger internal compliance thresholds.
wen4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at checkout.
The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for most payment methods. Maximum single deposit limits vary by method and are displayed during the deposit process. wen4d reserves the right to impose additional limits based on account status or compliance requirements.
All accounts are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Funds deposited via a method denominated in another currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. wen4d does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your wen4d Account are sourced legitimately. wen4d does not accept deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. Any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be reported to relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.
Processing Note: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare circumstances, bank-to-bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours.
To be eligible to request a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) deposited funds via at least one accepted payment method; (c) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (d) an Account in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits wherever possible. wen4d reserves the right to require that withdrawals are directed to a verified bank account in the Player's own name when the original deposit method cannot be used for payouts.
wen4d targets the following processing windows, measured from the time of withdrawal request approval:
These are target times only and do not constitute a guarantee. wen4d will not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, national holidays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification tier and are disclosed in the withdrawal interface.
wen4d does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts. Third-party processing fees imposed by the receiving institution are outside wen4d's control and are borne by the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by wen4d are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements at wen4d typically range from 5x to 15x the bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. A game-contribution table is provided within each promotion's detailed terms. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games.
While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is Rp 100.000 (or the equivalent in other game denominations), unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any related winnings.
wen4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — where there is reasonable evidence that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" on a single platform), or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
Bonus funds that have not been used within 30 days of being credited to a Player's Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Balance. Completed and unused free spins expire within 7 days of being credited unless stated otherwise.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. wen4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from Players who wen4d reasonably believes are exploiting pricing errors or operating in a manner contrary to normal recreational play.
All sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) fixtures — are governed by wen4d's Sport-Specific Rules. These rules address event cancellation, postponement, incomplete match scenarios, and void-bet conditions. Players are advised to review Sport-Specific Rules prior to placing bets.
Live in-play bets are subject to real-time odds and are accepted only when confirmed by our system. Network latency and connection interruptions may affect the speed at which in-play bets are confirmed. wen4d will not be responsible for bets that fail to register due to Player-side connectivity issues.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets offered on wen4d use independently drawn results. Draw schedules, result sources, and payout tables are disclosed for each togel market in the game description. wen4d does not operate lottery draws directly; it records and settles bets against published draw results from authorized sources.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game mechanics, or payout calculations — including software errors that result in obviously incorrect prices or results — wen4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. wen4d will not be obligated to honor bets settled at erroneously displayed odds that differ materially from the fair market price at the time of settlement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wen4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the wen4d Platform — including but not limited to the wen4d logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wen4d.
wen4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In summary: wen4d collects personal data to provide its services, fulfill regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience. wen4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, and only with providers who meet wen4d's data-protection standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wen4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Disclaimer: Gambling involves risk. Participation in any game or betting market offered on wen4d may result in the partial or total loss of your wagered funds. wen4d does not guarantee any return on any bet. You should only gamble amounts you can afford to lose.
wen4d may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close your Account if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) wen4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) wen4d reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
Upon termination for breach, any balance held in a suspended Account is subject to review. wen4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, to forfeit balances in proportion to the Player's unjust enrichment.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wen4d support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided you have satisfied all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. The Operator operates under an internationally recognized offshore gaming regulatory framework.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Players retain any non-waivable rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
wen4d is committed to fair dispute resolution. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to wen4d's compliance department by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." wen4d will respond within 5 business days.
wen4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights in a meaningful way — wen4d will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address associated with your Account, or via a prominent on-platform notification, before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
