Player-Side Security: No technical measure can fully compensate for a compromised password. We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password for your wen4d account and enabling any available two-factor authentication options from your account settings.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. They maintain your session state, remember your login, and store your security tokens. Without them, the Platform cannot operate. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Functional cookies remember your preferences — such as language settings, preferred odds format, and UI layout choices — so you do not need to reconfigure them on each visit. Disabling these cookies will result in a reduced personalization experience.
wen4d uses first-party analytics tools to understand how players navigate the Platform — which pages are visited, where users drop off, and which features are most-used. wen4d will respond to verified data-rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or where we have received a high volume of requests, we may extend this by a further 30 days — in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
wen4d will not charge a fee for standard data-rights requests. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, or to refuse to act on such requests.
The wen4d Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use wen4d, consistent with Indonesian social norms and the Operator's licensing obligations.
wen4d does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If we become aware — through KYC verification, player reports, or any other means — that a person under the age of 21 has registered an account, we will immediately suspend the account, void any associated transactions, and securely delete all personal data relating to that individual.

21+ Strictly Enforced: Age is verified during the KYC process. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
The wen4d Platform may reference or interact with third-party services — including payment gateways operated by Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). wen4d is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external service you use in connection with your wen4d account.
wen4d reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or Platform functionality. When we make material changes — those that affect how we process your personal data in a meaningful way — we will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-Platform notification before the revised Policy takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
